1. Delivery Policy

Orders placed through IC Markt are shipped via contracted cargo companies. Delivery time may vary based on stock and location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

2. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive tracking information by email.

3. Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Defective or wrong products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method (iyzico or EFT).
