The STLINK-V3MINIE is a compact, standalone debugging and programming probe designed for STM32 microcontrollers. Measuring just 15 mm × 42 mm, it features a USB Type-C® connection for self-powering and supports USB 2.0 high-speed communication. It enables JTAG communication up to 21 MHz and SWD/SWV support up to 24 MHz. Additionally, it offers a Virtual COM port (VCP) with speeds up to 15 Mbps and supports application voltages from 1.65 V to 3.60 V. The device includes an STDC14 debug connector with a flat cable and on-board pads for board-to-board (BTB) connections. It also supports firmware updates via USB and optional drag-and-drop Flash programming.
